Marble is seeking a Growth Marketing Apprentice to support recruitment and marketing efforts. You will work with senior teams to drive campaigns across paid and organic channels and help build Marble’s narrative for climate tech startups.

The role emphasizes end-to-end marketing from ideation to design, ads, and launch, with exposure to venture-building and founder support in a Paris-based apprenticeship. Fluency in English preferred; French helpful.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree or certification program eligible for an apprenticeship.
• Fluent in English; French preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X.
• Experience running campaigns and SEO optimization on Hootsuite and Ahrefs.
• Ability to write high-converting ad copy, PR pitches, or viral social hooks.
• Strong ability to simplify complex topics and maintain brand voice.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and quick tool adoption.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and monitor performance-driven marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and X to drive user acquisition.
• Test ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to reduce CPA and improve conversions.
• Implement and manage audience tags and tracking pixels for accurate attribution.
• Analyze marketing performance data and maintain KPI dashboards for actionable insights.
• Strengthen Marble’s talent pipeline via targeted lists and CRM data coordination.
• Support PR outreach and integrate media angles into growth campaigns to amplify reach.
