Revley is seeking a growth-focused marketer to own go-to-market with the founder, shaping messaging and channel strategy for ecommerce brands. You will run paid campaigns (Google, Meta), manage budgets, and drive demos and revenue.
You will also lead content, creator partnerships, and discovery efforts to build a scalable pipeline. You will learn the product deeply, communicate with customers, and translate insights into campaigns, landing pages, and case studies.
Contract-to-full-time · New York (in person preferred) or remote · Reports to the founder
Revley is the payments and subscription-commerce operating system for high-scale DTC brands. We process about $40M a month for roughly 70 brands, we're profitable at ten months old, and almost nobody has heard of us.
Your job is to change that—and turn awareness into customers.
You'll own go-to-market alongside the founder: how we explain Revley, reach the right merchants, and turn their interest into qualified demos and revenue.
That includes Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, content, search, and creator partnerships. You'll decide where to focus, run the experiments, and build on what works.
You need to understand ecommerce deeply. What keeps a brand founder up at night. How payments, subscriptions, retention, and chargebacks affect their business. Where merchants discover tools and whose recommendations they trust.
You'll learn the product thoroughly, talk to customers, and turn that understanding into marketing that makes people say, "We need this."
This starts as a 60-day contract with a path to full-time ownership of growth.
You'll execute directly and bring in creators or freelancers where needed. You remain accountable for the result.
Weeks 1-2: Learn the product, speak with customers, audit existing marketing, establish tracking, and choose the first priorities. Ship a campaign, content piece, or landing-page experiment in week one.
Weeks 3-6: Launch focused paid tests, establish a consistent social and content cadence, and run initial creator collaborations. Start with a $5-10K monthly paid budget and allocate it based on evidence.
Weeks 7-8: Show what generated qualified interest, what converted, and what you learned. Present a focused next-quarter plan with budgets and measurable goals.
We don't expect every channel to be scaled in 60 days. We expect good judgment, consistent execution, and evidence of what deserves more investment.
You're already a creator, have built an audience, or have relationships with ecommerce creators. Being comfortable on camera is a plus, but you can also build and manage a strong creator program.
Payments, subscriptions, HubSpot, and Webflow experience are useful.
