Job description

Your mission

At Hypatos.ai, we build AI Agents that help the world’s largest enterprises automate complex back-office operations. As our Growth Marketer, you will own the planning and execution of full-funnel campaigns across content, events, analyst relations, and ABM. You’ll be the bridge between creative, subject matter experts (SMEs), andstrategic marketing leadership, turning insight into impact.
You’ll operate as a core member of a lean, high-performing,AI-augmented marketing team, where everyone runs a strategic workstream and uses AI to scale output. Your job: drive qualified pipeline through precise campaigns, compelling content, and efficient use of tools, data, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across content syndication, ABM, email nurture, and paid media
  • Collaborate with our Creative Designer, SMEs, and Head of Marketing to turn thought leadership into targeted campaigns
  • Own execution using our marketing tech stack:
    • Salesforce CRM
    • HubSpot Marketing Enterprise + Content Hub
    • ZoomInfo SalesOS + MarketingOS
    • LinkedIn Campaign Manager + Sales Navigator
  • Manage and brief external agencies and freelancers
  • Track, analyze, and optimize KPIs: campaign ROI, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and attribution
  • Ensure smooth lead flow and campaign operations across Salesforce and HubSpot

Your profile
  • Experience: 3–5 years in B2B SaaS growth or demand marketing, ideally in automation, enterprise AI, or back-office transformation. You’ve successfully built pipeline-driving campaigns targeting functions like Finance, Procurement, and Shared Services.
  • Domain Expertise (Preferred): Familiarity with intelligent document processing, shared services transformation, or enterprise workflow automation is a strong plus.
  • AI-First Mindset (Mandatory): You use tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer, Mutiny, or Descript to accelerate content creation, personalization, testing, and reporting. You’re comfortable collaborating with AI Agents and want to be part of a company that’s AI-native at its core.
  • Soft Skills: Strategic but hands-on. Structured and autonomous. You prioritize impact over perfection and are comfortable iterating fast in a dynamic environment.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken). German is a plus
