Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Role Overview

As a Growth Hacker at Oleve, you'll be responsible for driving millions of users to our portfolio of consumer products. Your role involves understanding user behavior, identifying where they engage online, and devising strategies to reach them effectively. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop growth strategies, conduct experiments to optimize user acquisition channels, and brainstorm features or UI improvements to boost virality, especially on platforms like TikTok. A passion for consumer products and a data-driven, fast-paced mindset are essential. Willingness to create TikToks or manage teams that do is also important.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage organic marketing initiatives
  • Develop scripts and content strategies for short-form content to promote products
  • Build, maintain, and negotiate partnerships with influencers and content creators
  • Research and analyze competitor growth strategies to identify opportunities
  • Establish systematic processes for scaling successful channels (UGC, influencers, ads, etc.)
  • Develop frameworks to analyze and improve performance across channels
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop features that drive growth

Compensation Details
