Job summary

Arena is building MyAvatar AI, AI avatars for creators, influencers, and brands, and seeks a Growth Marketer (Founding Team) to join in Cupertino, CA in person. This is the first marketing hire, reporting directly to the founder, with flexible hours for a high-growth environment.

The role demands 2+ years in marketing/ GTM, ownership of campaigns, and Bay Area residency. Expect a fast-paced, arena-driven culture with visa sponsorship options for exceptional hires.

Qualifications

• 2 years in marketing, growth, content ops, creator partnerships, or GTM.
• Own the full campaign lifecycle: planning, creator management, execution, and performance tracking.
• You move fast because you’re structured, not chaotic.
• You have extreme ownership and strong judgment.
• You already live in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth initiatives from zero in a startup setting.
• Collaborate directly with the founder to shape GTM strategy.
• Build and measure campaigns across channels and creators.

We’re building MyAvatar AI — AI avatars for creators, influencers, and brands. Our product helps people create a living AI version of themselves with their voice, personality, and memory, so they can engage their audience 24/7 and turn conversations into revenue.

We’re hiring our first marketing / GTM hire to work directly with the founder and help build growth from zero.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for instructions. It’s for someone who wants to be in the arena, move fast, learn fast, and help build an AI company from the ground up.

What we need

• 2 years in marketing, growth, content ops, creator partnerships, or GTM
