Job summary

OKX is seeking a client-focused Growth/Operations professional to manage a portfolio of top-tier clients, provide rapid guidance, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance to drive client growth.

You will represent the brand at exclusive events and help strengthen loyalty while ensuring a seamless experience for clients across the crypto platform ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of growth/operations experience in cryptocurrency space.
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
• Effective communication and sense of urgency to aid clients and internal satisfaction.
• Fluency in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-level support and rapid response to issues (market intel, platform tips).
• Manage a portfolio of top-tier clients as the main point of contact and advocate for their needs.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to champion client growth and seamless experience.
• Represent the brand at exclusive events to strengthen loyalty and attract new business.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor degree or above
• 3+ years of growth/operation experience in the Cryptocurrency space
