Job summary

Crossing Hurdles in the United States is seeking a results-driven Business Analyst to evaluate and compare chatbot responses against defined criteria and to analyze outputs for structured evaluations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance evaluation processes, gather requirements, and create documentation to improve AI response quality.

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau is preferred.
