Job summary

Aspen Standard Wealth is seeking a Growth Executive to own one partner firm’s day-to-day P&L, people, growth, and execution. You will work closely with the founder and Aspen to drive a proven value creation playbook, with a mandate to double the business organically in three to five years.

The role is based in Lafayette, Louisiana, requiring a strong background in wealth management, strategic leadership, and scalable growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or financial services with growth mindset.
• Proven ability to lead teams and own P&L or a significant cost center.
• Demonstrated track record accelerating revenue and client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day P&L management, people, growth and execution in partnership with founder.
• Lead growth initiatives to 2x the business organically within 3–5 years.
• Develop one-page strategic plan and disciplined operating cadence.
• Build scalable systems and processes to drive revenue, AUM and EBITDA growth.
• Coach advisors to improve pipeline performance and selling behaviors.
