About The Role

We’re looking for a growth manager and writer to own all things search and written content at Anara - from blog posts and help guides to email campaigns and website copy.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Lead Anara's SEO strategy – Optimize for traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven discovery models (LLMs, AI-generated search results, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and TikTok SEO).
2. Implement AI-driven workflows to scale SEO – Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, programmatic SEO techniques) for content optimization, keyword research, and automation.
3. Optimize site structure & performance – Improve indexing, structured data, page speed, and overall technical SEO enhancements.

You’re likely a good fit if:

1. You live and breathe SEO and written content knowing what works and what doesn’t.
2. Have worked in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (ideally another startup) and can drive things forward with relatively little oversight.

We’re based in San Francisco with members of the team distributed across the US and Europe.
