Job summary

Ahrefs seeks an ambitiousGrowth/Organic Marketing lead for Letaido, an AI teammate built inside Ahrefs. You will own the organic growth strategy end to end, from content to SEO, collaborating closely with engineers and marketers in a small in-person team.

You’ll be responsible for building the content engine, growing organic acquisition, and proving out a repeatable model. This is a hands-on role centered in a US office, with a direct line to the Head of Letaido.

Qualifications

• Early growth or organic hire at a startup and watched it scale.
• Grew a product’s organic acquisition from a standing start.
• Strong writing ability for quick, impactful content.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO and ability to work with engineers.
• Experience with AI assistants / LLM tooling.
• Prefer owning a number over managing a process.
• Willing to be in the office with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own organic growth end to end — strategy, execution and results.
• Get Letaido cited by AI assistants, not just ranked in Google.
• Build the content engine — commission it, edit it, or write it yourself.
• Show the product doing real work and publish what you make with it.
• Run experiments across the funnel: newsletter, partnerships, community, paid where it earns its place.
• Instrument everything, and be honest about what isn’t working.
• Hire and lead the team once the channel is proven.
• Use Letaido itself to do the job — be its most demanding user.
