Job summary

Genius AI, based in NYC, seeks a growth-focused website leader to own end-to-end strategy from quarterly roadmaps to execution. You will work closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering to optimize conversion and win over service business owners. This role is in-office 3–4 days per week with a NYC HQ commute.

You will drive AI-powered personalization, content generation, and testing automation, expanding impact beyond websites as results prove value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience driving growth at high-growth technology companies.
• AI-powered growth motions and hands-on experience with AI workflows.
• Ability to ship fast without a defined playbook and learn from results.
• Strong fundamentals in conversion optimization, funnel analysis, experimentation, and analytics.
• Product marketing instincts that translate into effective copy and positioning.
• Proficiency with analytics and experimentation platforms (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and CMS like Webflow.
• HTML/CSS or front-end exposure to unblock yourself.

About the Role

Genius AI is growing fast and the website is one of the highest-leverage surfaces we have — sitting at the intersection of Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering and touching every prospective customer before they ever talk to anyone on our team. This role owns it end-to-end, from the quarterly roadmap through execution, and is expected to bring both the strategic vision and the AI-powered experimentation needed to make it convert better over time.

The starting scope is the website, but it's not the ceiling. As you demonstrate impact, you'll expand into other high-priority growth initiatives where your technical fluency and marketing instincts unlock the most value.

You will report to the VP of Growth Marketing. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in an in-person environment. We default to being in-office 3–4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What You'll Do

• Architect and own the Genius AI website strategy, including a high-impact quarterly roadmap spanning paid and non-paid landing pages, CRO experiments, SEO and GEO improvements, analytics, and technical performance
• Design and deploy AI-powered systems across the website motion, including personalization engines, content generation workflows, and testing automation, restructuring how the team produces and optimizes web experiences rather than just accelerating individual tasks
• Execute rigorous A/B tests and iterative experiments to optimize critical conversion metrics across the funnel, translating results into decisions and strategy adjustments
• Shape how Genius AI tells its story through the website, crafting narratives that resonate with service business owners and move them from first visit to activated customer
• Direct cross-functional execution across designers, developers, analytics, and partners in Product, Paid, Content, and Lifecycle Marketing to keep every initiative in the roadmap moving

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience driving growth at high-growth technology companies, with a track record of identifying and executing high-impact initiatives; experience serving service-based SMB customers is a plus
• Already rewired a growth or marketing motion with AI, building systems that changed how the function operates and hands-on experience implementing AI-powered workflows for personalization, content generation, or experimentation
• Comfortable operating without a defined playbook, with a track record of shipping fast, learning from results, and course-correcting as needed
• Deep fluency in growth fundamentals including conversion optimization, funnel analysis, experimentation design, and analytics, with the ability to build models and turn insights into action
• Strong product marketing instincts, with demonstrated ability to craft narratives that make service business owners feel understood and translate into copy and positioning that converts
• Proficient with website analytics and experimentation platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, and comfortable working directly in a modern CMS like Webflow
• Enough HTML/CSS or front-end exposure to unblock yourself without always needing a developer

The base salary for this role is between $145,000–$170,000 + equity + benefits. The compensation package offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Genius AI's equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within our total rewards offering.
