Novo Holdings is seeking an Undergraduate Intern to support the Growth Investments team in its North American investment activities over the summer and/or fall semester. The San Francisco team focuses on North American healthcare and life sciences investments, with a pay rate of $26/hour.

• Junior or senior undergraduate status
• Strong academic results and interest in financial services
• Excellent English communication

Responsibilities

• Perform market research on companies and industries to evaluate opportunities
• Apply AI agents to financial workflows
• Conduct financial analysis to assess new deal opportunities and portfolio initiatives
• Assist in due diligence processes on new investment opportunities
• Prepare investment committee materials and internal memoranda on investments
• Support management of team CRM systems and vendor platforms
