COUNTRY Financial is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage an established book of business across the full line of COUNTRY Financial products and services. As independent contractors, agents are in business for themselves but not by themselves, empowered to build a rewarding career with autonomy.

You’ll take a consultative approach to grow with existing and prospective clients, diversify income across property/casualty, life and health, educate clients, collaborate with COUNTRY

Responsabilités

• Diversify income through the portfolio of COUNTRY Financial products and services.
• Educate clients and prospects about products and services.
• Take a consultative approach to grow business with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial offerings.
• Establish an office and build a staff as needed.
