Job summary

Acosta is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to join our Tampa team in a hybrid role. You will conduct high-quality analysis and synthesis of multi-source data to evaluate item performance, assortment planning, and store clustering, while guiding action through effective communication.

The role partners with clients and business leaders to drive growth, uses POS/loyalty/panel data (Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ), and requires strong Excel and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in category management, insights, analytics, or CPG sales.
• Experience with POS, loyalty, panel, and syndicated data (Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and business leaders to develop data-driven growth strategies.
• Analyze POS, loyalty, panel, and syndicated data to uncover customer and category insights.
• Deliver actionable recommendations that drive sales, market share, and category growth.
• Translate consumer, shopper, and category data into clear business opportunities.
• Develop and present customer, category, and business performance reviews.
• Collaborate with sales, category management, and analytics teams to support strategic planning.
• Leverage Circana (IRI), NielsenIQ, loyalty, and POS data to identify trends and opportunities.
