Job summary

Kinder’s is seeking an Innovation Manager to partner with cross-functional teams to generate, launch, evaluate and optimize growth opportunities for Kinder’s and its partner brands.

You will work with the Director of Innovation to deliver a strategic pipeline that creates sustainable value, aligning with product development, marketing, finance and sales.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in CPG innovation, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on, collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in CPG innovation or growth strategy; brand management a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills using data for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and optimize growth opportunities for Kinder’s across the strategic pipeline.
• Build business cases and go/no-go decisions for innovation programs.
• Lead GTM plans and post-launch analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate across Brand Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Operations and Sales.
• Present updates to executive leadership.
