Voodoo is hiring a growth hacker to make Paper.io 2 massively viral on TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram. You will build a scalable network of accounts, using AI-powered content creation and distribution to maximize views, engagement and virality.

You will test formats, sounds, and trends at high velocity, refine what works, and report weekly learnings to scale success across games and studios.

Qualifications

• Grew accounts or brands on TikTok/Shorts; numbers show impact.
• Fluent in volume, speed and iteration, not perfection.
• Fluent in AI tools for content production and scale.

Responsibilities

• Build an account network across platforms; scale winning accounts and prune others quickly.
• Use AI to produce, remix and test content at high volume.
• Identify and act on Gen Alpha trends to drive content before peak.
• Plan distribution: seeding, comments, stitches, and cross-posting with a clear spread strategy.
• Manage creators and collabs to convert players into content creators.
