Job summary

FlocCare is seeking a Product Growth Intern to own go-to-market activities, bridging product, marketing, and sales. You’ll run experiments, refine the Product-Led Growth motion, and optimize the user journey to hit ARR milestones.

You’ll work cross-functionally to craft campaigns, gather user feedback through demos, and develop GTM collateral, all within a remote, async-first environment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Marketing, Business, or side-projects in internet space.
• Solid data-analysis mindset with ability to prove hypotheses.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable talking to users.

Responsibilities

• Run experiments and analyze funnels to improve activation, retention, and viral loops.
• Collaborate with product and GTM teams to shape feature roadmap.
• Create and optimize growth campaigns across SEO, email, and social.
• Talk to users via onboarding demos and customer success to capture feedback.
• Develop GTM collateral and outreach sequences to drive conversion.
