Job summary

Elemental Impact is seeking a Director of Growth & Giving to lead pitch development and technical proposal writing to mobilize $30m+ annually in charitable capital. You will build a robust donor pipeline, manage prospects, and coordinate across teams to create aligned fundraising strategies that drive climate solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in pitch development and proposal writing for large grants or gifts.
• Deep knowledge of climate technology, impact investing, or environment sectors.
• Ability to build deal pipelines in HubSpot and create compelling decks in Google Slides.

Responsibilities

• Craft sophisticated, data-driven funding pitches and proposals for seven-/eight-figure grants.
• Manage donor pipeline and cultivate relationships with foundations, HNW individuals, and institutions.
• Collaborate with Communications, Events and Creative teams to align donor messaging and materials.
• Develop capital recycling models, recoverable grants and PRIs to support climate innovation.
