Job summary

Linq is building the messaging infrastructure for the AI era, aka "build AI agents in iMessage". Linq’s growth team focuses on finding, converting, and retaining the businesses and developers who power their products.

This role is a growth generalist path with exposure to events, campaigns, and content creation in a fast-moving startup. You’ll work directly with the Head of Product & Growth on campaigns, experiments, and operational work to move the needle.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, growth, or a related field.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Demonstrates high agency and willingness to own initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Suggest and own projects or new channels/strategies you think we are missing once you've shown you can execute.
• Plan and run events such as customer dinners, our annual conference, and hackathons.
• Own gifting campaigns to target customers and prospects.
• Write content: blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and build new landing pages.
• Support campaign execution across paid, email, and content channels.
• Research target accounts, competitors, and market opportunities.
• Coordinate campaigns with influencers.
• Other tasks on our lean growth team; act as a growth generalist.
