BRUNT Workwear seeks a Financial Analyst to drive company-wide financial performance, deliver investor-facing materials, and build scalable budgeting, forecasting, and operational workflows that improve data visibility, accuracy, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is analytical, process-driven, and thrives in fast-growing environments where agility and collaboration are essential. They will help expand our retail footprint and support strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior leaders, boards and investors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting with department heads.
• Perform variance analysis on revenue, gross margin, and expenses.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
• Monitor performance vs. budget and provide key drivers.
