Job summary

Noble Texas Builders is seeking a skilled Project Manager at our Houston location to drive construction projects from planning through closeout. You will ensure timely flow of materials and equipment while coordinating with owners, designers, subcontractors, and clients.

The role emphasizes documentation control, change orders, budget tracking, and schedule management using Procore, Excel, MS Project, and Bluebeam. Strong communication and risk management skills are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Documentation control: Prepares, tracks, and maintains documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned scopes or project phases, ensuring timely execution of milestones and deliverables.
• Support budget management, forecasting, cost tracking, buyout, and AP/AR coordination.
• Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, contract administration, and change order processes.
• Monitor risks, cost impacts, and schedule performance to protect project margin.
• Assist with schedule updates, look‑ahead planning, and field–office coordination.
• Interface with owners, architects, and consultants; lead portions of OAC and internal meetings.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records (RFIs, submittals, change logs, contracts) in designated systems.
• Mentor and support Project Expeditors.
