Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with community engagement in a Jewish organization.
• Natural leader and excellent communicator.
• Intimate understanding of the Jewish community and its calendar.
• Nurture personal relationships and foster collaboration.
• Creative thinker who can design engagement opportunities.
• Proficient writing and communication skills.
• Must be available for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Foster success and growth of the Young Adult Division.
• Oversee programming, recruitment, and follow-up for YAD events.
• Lead programming for signature events.
• Steward donor relations and maintain engagement.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to promote teamwork.
