Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice required.

• Current Wound Care certification and CDC Infection Prevention certification required or must be willing to obtain post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises LPNs and certified nursing assistants.
• Will provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
