Job summary

Alley Company in Lake Forest, Illinois is seeking a highly motivated Wealth Advisor to drive new business growth while supporting client servicing. The role offers on-site work five days a week, with potential flexibility based on performance and business needs.

You will source and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients and build partnerships with centers of influence to expand opportunities three books of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Progress towards CFP and/or CFA is a plus.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business and cultivate client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Schedule meetings with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and centers of influence.
• Build relationships with external partners (accounting firms, real estate professionals, attorneys, etc.).
• Support existing client relationships in an account servicing capacity and deliver high-touch client experience.
