Job summary

Crane NXT, through its CPI unit, is seeking a SMB Sales Representative for Convenience Services in the Malvern, PA area. You will develop sales programs, pursue new customers, and drive incremental revenue across vending, cashless payments, and future offerings.

You will lead territory planning, meet revenue targets, build relationships, and promote CPI’s full vending portfolio with a consultative ROI focus, while traveling regularly to engage customers and support the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Hunter mentality and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Self-starter with motivation and drive.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Grow the SMB segment and identify new business opportunities across vending machines, cashless payment systems, and future offerings.
• Meet revenue targets and use Salesforce.com to track performance and communication.
• Act as a hunter for new customer acquisition through cold outreach, networking, and territory planning.
• Develop strong relationships with target customers to deliver tailored solutions.
• Promote CPI’s full vending portfolio with a consultative ROI and operational efficiency focus.
• Leverage third-party financing programs to accelerate purchasing decisions.
• Assist with proposal development and bid responses for larger SMB accounts.
• Resolve customer issues including service escalations and contract negotiations with the extended team.
• Travel regularly to support the sales team and engage customers face-to-face.
