Qualifications

• 10+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or complex civil litigation.
• Proven leadership in legal strategy, team development, and client relations.
• Experience working with top-tier carriers and navigating high-stakes disputes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex litigation matters across auto liability, general liability, professional liability, and malpractice.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to develop strategic initiatives and elevate legal operations.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to thought leadership and trial excellence.
• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, and high-level negotiations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Shape legal strategy through expert motion practice and courtroom advocacy.
