• Oversee entire restaurant operation and managers
• P&L reporting and analysis
• Provide best in class guest service and hospitality
• Run shifts effectively to provide great food and guest service
• Support the development of a high performing team, coaching and mentoring
• Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
• Help prepare and serve great food
