Qualifications

• Active Connecticut real estate license.
• Currently producing more than $1M in annual real estate sales.
• At least 1–3 years of real estate experience.
• Reside in Connecticut.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and grow.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership.
• Committed to utilizing Leadling to grow business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Leadling to turn relationships and marketing activity into real business opportunities.
• Build and manage referral network.
• Generate and capture new leads.
• Automate and improve follow-up.
