This role partners with R&D, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, marketing, sales, and contract manufacturing to ensure product development, launch, and lifecycle execution.

The ideal candidate will oversee a product management team, own P&L, and develop multi-year roadmaps while balancing strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Translate market insights into actionable plans.

• 7+ years in marketing or sales; 3+ years in product management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers.
• Own product P&L management and ensure financial performance.
• Develop multi-year product roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Manage lifecycle strategies from launch to rationalization.
• Lead new product development from Business Case through Audit.
• Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, marketing, sales.
• Support contract manufacturing management with external partners.
• Identify and mitigate operational supply/regulatory risks.
• Balance portfolio resources, timing, and risk exposure.
• Design launch plans to test positioning and market acceptance.
• Monitor innovation using key metrics; partner with channel management.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns; manage channel conflicts.
• Engage veterinarians and opinion leaders to build product credibility.
• Develop and manage budgets; ensure optimal resource allocation.
