You will evaluate opportunities, build financial models, perform due diligence, and prepare materials for investment committee, working with senior professionals and management teams. 2–4 years in private equity or related roles is typical, with strong modeling and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in private equity, investment banking, or similar role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with M&A, transaction execution, or investment analysis.
• Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong ties to Kansas, Missouri, or the surrounding Midwest region are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities and conduct detailed financial, market, and industry analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and investment return analyses.
• Support due diligence, transaction execution, and preparation of investment committee materials.
• Conduct company and industry research to develop investment theses.
• Work closely with senior investment professionals, management teams, advisors, and other external parties.
• Support ongoing analysis of portfolio companies and value creation initiatives.
• Assist with sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities.
