WIN Home Inspection is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team of paid marketing experts. If you thrive on running and scaling Facebook and Instagram campaigns, enjoy collaborating with content, copy, and design teams, and translate data into growth, we’d love to connect.

The role offers 4–8 years of experience range and may scale to Manager level depending on leadership. You will drive campaign strategy, optimize budgets, measure ROI, and stay current with platform updates

Qualifications

4–8 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI at scale.
Metrics-driven, analytical, and a team-player with clear communication of insights.
Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
Familiarity with landing page tools and analytics platforms a bonus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing teammates across paid ads, content, copy, and design to launch and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Guide campaign strategy, manage budgets effectively, and maximize ROI.
Track and analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CPA, and act on insights.
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
Stay current with platform updates, new ad formats, and targeting features.
For more experienced candidates, help shape scaling strategy and support peer development.
