Job summary

Tinuiti UK is seeking a Paid Search Strategist to drive profitable client growth across Paid Search and Shopping by designing end-to-end programs. You will use Bliss Point and AI-enabled workflows to turn data into decisions that improve ROAS, revenue, and LTV, with remote work available.

The role requires 5–7 years' experience managing Paid Search/Shopping at scale, platform fluency, and strong analytics. This is a remote-friendly opportunity within the UK.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years managing Paid Search/Shopping at scale ($200k+/mo) with end-to-end ownership.
• Platform fluency: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center; feed management.
• Certifications: Google Search & Shopping (or planned in first 60 days).
• Analytics: Advanced Excel/Sheets; strong forecasting chops; quantify impact.
• Communication and collaboration: senior stakeholder storytelling; client-facing presence.
• Mentorship: experience coaching juniors/peers (non-manager).

Responsibilities

• Client-centric: Design strategies anchored to client P&L and customer journey; align channel moments to ecommerce outcomes.
• Product-led: Apply platform capabilities and AI features to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Data & measurement-driven: Translate data into actionable insights and propose statistically sound tests.
