Dow is building a network of qualified candidates for current and future Senior Marketing Specialist opportunities across our Commercial organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach and demand generation.
• Ensure strong communication and enablement tools are in place to drive channel effectiveness.
• Partner with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.
• Build understanding of competitive dynamics, market pricing, and formulation value to support margin and growth.
• Collaborate with TS&D to prioritize key portfolio projects for broad market opportunities.
• Support planning, execution, and development of commercial-ready outputs and materials.
• Establish credibility as a go-to resource for market intelligence and trends.
