Job summary

Dow is building a network of qualified candidates for current and future Senior Marketing Specialist opportunities across our Commercial organization. These roles may be located in Midland, MI, Collegeville, PA or Houston, TX.

You will drive deployment across digital and traditional channels, translate segment strategies into actionable plans, and work with marketing leaders to grow margins and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Drive deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach and demand generation.
• Ensure communication, enablement, and support tools are in place to drive channel effectiveness.
• Partner with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into plans.
• Build understanding of competitive dynamics, market pricing, and value creation for margins.
• Collaborate with TS&D to prioritize key portfolio projects for broad market opportunities.
• Support planning, execution, and development of commercial-ready outputs and materials.
• Establish credibility as a go-to resource for market intelligence and trends.
