Job summary

Servicon in Southern California is seeking a proactive marketer to own the detail and unite marketing across a small, experienced team. You will brief designers, manage campaigns, and ensure on-time delivery while creating engaging social content.

You will lead trade shows, executive LinkedIn activity, and content programs, collaborating with sales and operations to drive results. The role offers growth and direct exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• A marketing degree or equivalent early-career experience. Internships count.
• Strong organization and structured thinking.
• Enjoyment of working with salespeople, and a drive to help them win.
• Energy, initiative and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Clear writing, especially briefs.
• Sound judgement on brand and tone.
• Confidence with senior stakeholders, in person and by phone.
• The ability to train quickly on Trello, HubSpot, Canva, Notion, Figma and Taplio quickly.
• Confidence using AI tools for brief writing, research, first drafts and everyday efficiency.

Responsibilities

• You bring our marketing together and own the detail.
• Brief designers and partners; manage the work and ensure timely delivery.
• Write briefs and manage every project in Trello with owners and dates.
• Develop digital campaign assets for LinkedIn, search, Meta, email and organic social.
• Organize printing of collateral and secure sign-off before release.
• Own trade shows end-to-end: messaging, booth specs, logistics, and lead capture.
• Write, schedule and report social content across company channels via HubSpot.
• Publish posts for the CEO and leaders in Taplio; build target lists and engagement.
• Lead weekly meetings and keep stakeholders informed on decisions.
