Job summary

Risk Placement Services, Inc. is seeking an organized professional to support submissions, quotes, binders, and other account materials. You''ll keep admin tasks moving, arrange information, and assist in the handoff from quote to policy issue, while supporting lower-complexity accounts and day-to-day client needs.

As you grow, you''ll learn to take accounts to market and assemble quotes to help build deals, expanding to marketing work and a wider range of accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, risk management, or a related client service role.
• Comfort using Excel and working with numbers.
• A clear way of writing and speaking with clients and teammates.
• Experience with submissions, quotes, binders, or policy issue work.
• An organised approach that helps you manage several tasks and deadlines.
• Interest in learning account marketing and the placement process.
• A team mindset and a willingness to learn.
