Christie Gorman State Farm in Johnson City, TN is seeking an Account Representative to join our local agent team. This full-time role focuses on growing relationships, identifying client needs, and promoting State Farm insurance and financial products.

You will develop leads, deliver friendly service, and support daily operations, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
• Experience in managing customer relationships
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to anticipate customer needs
• Able to effectively relate to customers
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsabilités

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
