Job summary

Base is hiring a full stack engineer to own the products and systems that drive acquisition, activation and retention for our growing battery onboarding platform. You’ll experiment on and scale existing product features and build new growth infrastructure from scratch, shipping tests across the user journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production software experience in product or full-stack roles.
• Strong frontend and full-stack engineering skills across modern web apps and APIs.
• Experience using product analytics and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into shipped tests across the member journey.
• Write code, read results, and decide what to test next.
• Own the products and systems that drive acquisition, activation and retention.
• Build growth infrastructure and data pipeline to support experiments.
• Apply judgment to leverage opportunities while maintaining clarity and trust.
• Find opportunities and work from first principles rather than following a handed-down roadmap.
