Job summary

Kingsbury Financial Advisors is seeking a results-driven financial advisor in Tampa to build and grow a personal book of business. You will conduct thorough financial planning sessions and tailor solutions to client needs while leveraging company-provided leads and tools.

Ideal candidates have a business degree or equivalent experience, relevant licenses, and strong communication skills. The role is on-site with Monday–Friday scheduling and offers a base salary plus commission or full-commission

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or 2+ years in financial services.
Licenses/certifications preferred: CFP, CFA, 2-14, or Series 65.
On-site work Mon–Fri with reliable transportation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Entrepreneurial mindset with client-service focus.
US citizenship required.
Compensation: base salary plus uncapped commission or 100% commission on 1099.

Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions and tailor solutions for clients.
Foster long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
