A leading wealth management firm in Tampa is looking to hire a Lead Financial Advisor. An ideal candidate will have prior experience being the main relationship manager to clients and will be holding their CFP. This position reports directly to the firm's President.

Day-to-day you will:

• Manage client relationships independently including annual and semi-annual reviews.
• Attend fit meetings to assess and qualify prospective clients.
• Develop comprehensive strategies and implement sophisticated solutions.
• Oversee the update of financial plans in coordination with Financial Planning Analysts.
• Guide clients to CSA (Client Service Associate) for appropriate service needs.
• Handle mining client opportunities and relationship expansion.

This role will be on-site in the firm's Tampa office.
