Oxford Advisory Group is seeking a Lead Financial Advisor for an on-site, full-time role in Florida. You will bring in new clients by meeting with vetted prospects at pre-booked, in-person appointments and convert opportunities into lasting relationships.

You'll leverage pre-generated warm leads, strong office resources, and thorough training to close new business and grow the firm. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of bringing on new clients.
• Experience in Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Financial Advisory.
• Experience in Finance and Investments.

Responsibilities

• Bring on new clients by meeting with vetted prospects at pre-booked, in-person appointments.
• Convey the benefits of using Oxford to close new business.
• Meet with new prospects and transition them to clients.
• Utilize high-quality office space, robust technology, and pre-generated warm leads to support the sales process.
• Participate in training on the meeting process with proven results and apply it to close new business.
