Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking an eCommerce merchandising professional to help drive sales and margins across its brand portfolio. You will manage webstore merchandising, taxonomy, product attribution, and pricing events while executing site optimizations and SEO-focused improvements.

Responsibilities include weekly reporting, KPI analysis, and collaboration with the Manager and Brand teams to surface optimization opportunities. Growth and analytics-driven mindset are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience in a similar role; experience in E‑commerce, online merchandising/sales, digital marketing, or related eCommerce business is a benefit.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, data warehouse management systems, and content management systems is preferred but not required.
• Exposure or experience with BazaarVoice Ratings & Reviews, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Jira/Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving merchandise sales and margin of the brands they support through merchandising, navigation adjustments, site optimization, maintenance and analytics.
• Manage merchandising of the webstore, including taxonomy maintenance, product maintenance and attribution review.
• Create and execute pricing events, including promotion creation and execution.
• Execute site optimization tasks that incorporate SEO best practices for site content, highlight key items, and sequence products to support promotion.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting and conduct competitive analysis.
• Implement merchandising execution based on Manager and Brand eCommerce direction, including product sequencing, key item highlights, and promotional support.
• Apply and maintain badging and campaign support in alignment with approved merchandising and promotional strategies.
• Assist the Manager and Analyst with competitive reporting and KPI analysis, helping surface execution issues and optimization opportunities.
