CompanyCam, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in the United States. You will own day-to-day campaigns, optimize performance, and partner with Growth Marketing, Creative, and Web teams to turn strategy into measurable results.

This role requires analytical thinking, curiosity, and attention to detail to drive efficient customer acquisition. You’ll manage budgets, run tests, refine audiences, and maintain rigorous tracking and reporting standards to improve signup quality and funnel

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with campaign management and optimization.
• Experience analyzing performance data and running structured experiments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, app-based products, or subscription models preferred.
• Certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn) or CRO tools experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Manage targeting, budgets, bidding, and creative variations; monitor performance.
• Develop audience segmentation to improve targeting and results.
• Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on ads, landing pages, and flows.
• Maintain campaign tracking, naming conventions, and measurement standards.
• Produce and interpret performance reports; turn insights into recommendations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Marketing, Creative, and Web teams on strategy and assets.
• Stay current on platform capabilities and best practices to improve workflows.
