Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in the heavy-duty truck, automotive, or related equipment industry.
• Proven track record of successful P&L management and multi-department leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to department managers and employees, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across all segments.
• Partner with executives to set annual budgets, financial targets, and performance goals.
• Oversee daily dealership operations across Parts, Service, and Truck Sales for excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and loyalty across departments.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing department leaders and staff.
