Job summary

Brazos Valley Food Bank is seeking an Individual Development Specialist to support the Together We Grow program. The role focuses on direct client services, intake, and case management to help participants move toward employment stability.

Responsibilities include assessing readiness, creating case plans, coordinating with partners, and maintaining documentation while upholding confidentiality and program standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, or related field and/or relevant work experience in training, social work, case management, or related field.
• One year case management experience or two years of direct service with adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews and follow-up calls for program participants.
• Assess client readiness and needs for Together We Grow services.
• Develop individual case plans with short and long‑term goals.
• Maintain client confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with employer partners and community organizations for referrals.
• Track client progress and prepare outcome reports and monthly data tracking.
