Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA therapy to individuals with behavioral needs.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and treatment adjustment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with families and schools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior plans.
• Collaborate with other professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
• Provide training and supervision to therapists and caregivers on behavior plans.
• Complete data reports, analyze client outcomes, and adjust treatments as needed.
• Manage caseload and coordinate overall client care.
