Job summary

Titan Mechanical & Plumbing Inc is seeking an organized Assistant Project Manager to support multifamily HVAC and plumbing construction projects in Manassas Park, VA. You will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to ensure on-time project execution and thorough documentation.

The role emphasizes coordination, scheduling, and near-term procurement with opportunities for growth. A collaborative, safety-oriented environment and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction project coordination or PM roles preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or similar software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and administration.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, and tracking logs.
• Assist with material takeoffs, purchasing, vendor coordination, and purchase orders.
• Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and general contractors.
• Conduct occasional job site visits to support project coordination and field operations.
• Assist with project closeout documentation and procedures.
