Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the business to General Manager level within a year.
• Create an engaging guest experience and coach the team to do the same.
• Drive sales goals through fast, friendly service and operations.
• Lead on problem resolution with calm, professionalism and listening to understand.
• Understand and connect daily tasks to the store's profit and loss.
