Nourish, Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics Lead to own end-to-end analytics and shape our data roadmap. You will work across Operations, Engineering, Product and Design to surface actionable insights and build scalable data models and dashboards.

The data team is NYC-based and will collaborate closely with stakeholders to accelerate growth and improve patient outcomes. This role combines analytics engineering with strategic decision-making in a fast-growing digital health company.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience owning analytics for a business function or product area at a fast-growth company.
• Deep domain expertise in analytics engineering: SQL, dbt, Fivetran, Metabase or Looker; strong data modeling, ETLs, and infrastructure.
• Curious, strategic, and outcome-oriented; able to translate data into clear insights for leadership.
• Builder mentality; own end-to-end analytics, create structure, and drive impact.
• Clear communication of complex ideas to stakeholders across teams and leadership.
• Motivated by impact and mission to transform healthcare through Nourish’s data-enabled decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full analytics stack for a business-critical function—from data to dashboards and insights.
• Deliver high-impact insights by partnering with stakeholders to identify key questions and opportunities.
• Build dashboards that drive action and clarity for a broad range of stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a robust data foundation; collaborate with Engineering to optimize pipelines.
• Champion a data-first culture with documentation and evidence-based decision making.
• Drive scientific decision-making using experiments, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
