Senior Benefit Services, an Integrity company, is seeking an Agent Recruitment Specialist in Columbia, MO. The role focuses on attracting entrepreneurial talent to become independent insurance agents through social media, outreach, and candidate education.

You will interview daily, guide licensing and onboarding, and partner with hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in Insurance, sales, marketing, or a people-centric role.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
• Comfortable filming themselves and creating social media content.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and familiar with ATS/CRM tools.
• Organized, self-motivated, energetic, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract entrepreneurial talent through job postings, social platforms, and outreach.
• Build relationships with universities, career centers, and community groups to generate pipelines.
• Conduct high-volume daily interviews to identify candidates for commission-based roles.
• Guide candidates through licensing, onboarding, and preparation for their new role.
• Create and share engaging social content to showcase our culture and opportunity.
